Barcelona summer sale confirms ‘I’d like to return’ | OneFootball

A recent departure from the midfield ranks at La Liga champions Barcelona has this week admitted that he would jump at the chance to return to the club down the line.

The player in question? Pablo Torre.

Youngster Torre for his part brought a close to his time on the books of Barca back in July.

This came after RCD Mallorca agreed to meet the demands laid out by the Blaugrana for a permanent sale.

Torre for his part endured a difficult campaign in Catalunya’s capital last time out, struggling for game-time amid fierce competition for places in the attacking midfield berth.

If his latest comments are anything to go by, though, then the 22-year-old evidently holds no grudges.

Speaking during an interview with Radio MARCA this week, Torre was drawn on the prospect of a reunion with Barcelona down the line.

And the Spaniard did not hesitate in admitting:

“Well, like I said, I’m happy playing here. Obviously, it’s Barça, and if I return with a different role, at the end of the day it’s Barça and it’s been my dream. So, of course I’d like to return one day with a different role.”
