Lamine Yamal is fit to play again as the Blaugrana look to extend their winning run
Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain will face off in a heavyweight Champions League showdown.
PSG, the reigning champions of Europe, have made a formidable start to the campaign, winning five of their first six Ligue 1 fixtures and also made light work of Atalanta on matchday one, recording a 4-0 victory.
And they have done so largely without the newly-crowned Ballon d’Or winner Ousmane Dembele, who picked up a thigh injury on international duty with France last month.
In further bad news for the Parisians, the Ballon d’Or runner-up Lamine Yamal is back fit and firing for Barcelona. He returned to action after shaking off a groin injury as they beat Real Sociedad 2-1 at the weekend.
After opening their European campaign with a win away at Newcastle, courtesy of a brace from Marcus Rashford, the Blaugrana will look to continue their unbeaten start to the season.
Barcelona vs PSG is scheduled for an 8pm BST kick-off today, Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
The match will take place at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, as the Nou Camp remains under construction.
TV channel: In the UK, the game will be televised live on TNT Sports 4, with coverage starting at 7.45pm BST ahead of an 8pm kick-off.
Live stream: TNT Sports subscribers can also catch the contest live online via the Discovery+ app and website.

Barcelona have had their fair share of injuries already this season, though Yamal’s return is a considerable boost especially with Raphinha and Fermin Lopez also sidelined.
Gavi is out for up to five months after being sent for knee surgery, while goalkeepers Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Joan Garcia complete the injury list.
Marcus Rashford will be expected to return to the left flank in Raphinha’s absence, while Robert Lewandowski will lead the line. The Polish striker has four goals in six La Liga appearances this season.
PSG have been rocked by injuries in the early parts of this season, not that it has affected their results.
Dembele remains sidelined and has been sent to recover in Dubai, while Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Desire Doue and club captain Marquinhos are all unavailable too.

There is very little to separate Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. The Spaniards, who have not lost a competitive match since May, are on remarkable form, but so too are the visitors.
While PSG are, of course, the current European champions, they will struggle to get by without their star names.
The prospect of a depleted PSG backline and midfield having to contend with a returning Yamal and an on-form Robert Lewandowski should leave the travelling support nervous.
Barcelona to win, 2-1.
These sides last came together in the quarter-final of the 2023-24 Champions League. In the second leg, PSG scored three second-half goals to secure progression to the semi-finals, winning 6-4 on aggregate.
