Foot Mercato reports that Bayern Munich are close to an agreement with PSV Eindhoven for Ismael Saibari, with personal terms already in place.
The proposal is understood to be a €45 million base fee plus €5 million in bonuses, while PSV want at least €50 million guaranteed.

With the gap considered small, a deal is thought to be moving closer and there is optimism across the negotiations.
If an agreement is reached, the midfielder is expected to complete his medical in the United States.
Saibari is set to represent Morocco at the World Cup.
