Bayern Munich missed the chance to beat Borussia Dortmund at the Allianz Arena, but the circumstances of the game mean that the Bavarians can celebrate a 2-2 draw against their biggest rivals. With 69 points in the standings, Vicnent Kompany's side remain six points clear of Bayer Leverkusen. The Bavarians failed to capitalize on their control of possession during the first half and had few real chances to score, although Kobel was required to make saves from Sané and Kimmich's shots.

In the most dangerous chance before halftime, Harry Kane tried to capitalize on Thomas Muller's cross and his shot from inside the penalty area almost complicated the goalkeeper, but Kobel managed to recover by stopping the ball just over the line. However, the second half was very different, with impressive intensity from both teams.

In the 47th minute, Bier's header from Reyerson's cross gave the visitors the lead, but Bayern went on to equalize in the 65th minute when Raphaël Guerreiro struck the ball into the corner of the net after Muller had provided a great assist with a light touch.

Later, Bayern looked to turn the game around as Gnabry dribbled past three defenders before finishing off a great individual move, but Dortmund were able to avoid defeat with a shot from Anton, who took advantage of goalkeeper Urbig's rebound from Guirassy's shot.

Is the Bundesliga title race over?

Bundesliga title race would take on a new shape if Bayer Leverkusen beat Union Berlin at home. Xabi Alonso's side exchanged 702 passes, with an impressive 92% accuracy and 75% possession, but the reigning champions lacked a great deal of aim, with only 3 shots on target, leaving the trophy race very much in Bayern Munich's favor.

Despite this, Bayer Leverkusen need to maintain their focus and keep their title hopes alive by winning all their remaining games, as well as hoping for at least two Bayern defeats.
