Bayern Munich ‘to target’ Newcastle winger Anthony Gordon this summer

Bayern Munich are exploring a move for Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon ahead of the summer window, Sky Germany reports. The England international has emerged as a leading candidate to bolster their attack.

Gordon is understood to be Bayern’s top target to compete with, or act as an alternative to, Luis Díaz. The profile sought is a high-quality, versatile forward who plays mainly on the left and can switch across the line.
