Bayern Munich will not sell Real Madrid-linked winger even for a record bid – Romano | OneFootball

Real Madrid were treated to a dazzling display by Michael Olise earlier this week as he helped Bayern Munich secure a 2-1 win at the Santiago Bernabeu in the UEFA Champions League quarter-final first leg.

The 24-year-old Frenchman had already been on Real Madrid’s radar, and following his exemplary display at the Bernabeu, it is expected that Los Blancos will intensify their efforts to sign him in the summer.

Bayern Munich will not well

However, according to Fabrizio Romano, Bayern Munich simply have no intention of letting Olise go anytime soon.

There have been talks of Real Madrid preparing a mammoth offer of around €160-165 million for the winger ahead of the summer window.

Despite that, the reigning Bundesliga champions are uninterested in entering into negotiations with any club over the potential sale of Olise anytime soon.

Bayern Munich are very happy with the former Crystal Palace star and will not consider selling him in the summer even for a record fee, Romano states.

It must be noted that Olise has a long-term contract with Bayern Munich until 2029 and there is no release clause embedded in it.

It gives the Bavarians all the power in any negotiations and, as such, a summer departure is pretty much out of the question.

Romano also highlights that Uli Hoeness, the honorary president of Bayern Munich, has made it clear that the club will not entertain offers of €200 million for Olise.

So, as things stand, there is simply no chance that Real Madrid or any other club can pry Olise away from the reigning champions of Germany in the summer.
