Julen Lopetegui appears to be turning a corner at West Ham with players buying into his methods.

It has been far from smooth sailing in east London this season since the arrival of Lopetegui, with many already losing patience in what we have seen thus far from the Head Coach, with some wanting the club to make a change.

There have been some dire performances, questionable tactics and squad unrest over the last 6 months, which have many wondering where this season is going under the Spaniard.

However, its been reported by ExWHUEmployee on The West Ham Way that the players are starting to show real belief in the vision and system of Lopetegui, with a growing sense that the club are set to turn a big corner.

“There is a real growing sense at the club now that the players as a collective are starting to believe in Lopetegui and his team,” stated Ex. “Its not been a great start to life for the Head Coach, but we understand that the players are really buying into his system and are supporting him in wanting to make it a success.

“This belief within the squad appears to be evident on recent performances, as although not perfect, but there are clear signs of improvement as we look to build on some positive results of late.”
