Real Madrid faced off against Elche at the Estadio Manuel Martinez Valero earlier tonight as they looked to secure all three points on the road in La Liga. Los Blancos made a solid start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.

Aleix Febas scored the opener for the home side in the 53rd minute. However, Dean Huijsen equalised for Xabi Alonso’s team in the 78th minute. Alvaro Rodriguez gave Elche the lead just six minutes later before Jude Bellingham ended up scoring the equaliser for Los Blancos in the 87th minute. Victor Chust got a red card late in the game as the contest ended with Real Madrid securing a hard-fought 2-2 draw away from home.

He came back to defend when needed and managed to create a few promising chances for his teammates in the final third.

CM: Arda Guler – 6.5/10

Guler caught the eye at times but failed to register a goal.

He managed to shine at times with his performance in the middle of the park.

Garcia struggled to get a foothold in the game and was replaced in the 56th minute.
