Largie Ramazani’s stalling spell at Valencia has put a mid-season switch on the table, possibly dependent on a clause in his loan.

"My assumption is that there is a clause in Ramazani’s deal that would allow him to move to another loan club. I don’t know this for sure, but my assumption is that they would look for another club because I don’t imagine, enough has changed at Leeds for Farke to start using him," said Beren Cross, speaking to The Square Ball.

Signed for £10m from Almeria in summer 2024 after Crysencio Summerville’s departure, the Belgian delivered seven goals and two assists in 31 Leeds appearances. Injuries and Daniel Farke’s preference elsewhere limited him, and he left on loan after promotion.

At Valencia under Carlos Corberan, further injuries have held him to nine outings.

Talks over Jack Harrison joining this month have been mooted. If he does reunite with Corberan, Ramazani will surely be ushered out and that clause could be activated.
