No player has ever won more trophies with City than Bernardo Silva.
The Club captain leaves the Etihad Stadium this summer having lifted an astonishing 20 major honours in nine years.
Alongside John Stones and Phil Foden, Bernardo is the joint-most decorated player in our history and his iconic achievements have been captured in one very special image.
Our photography team set up all 20 of the Portuguese playmaker’s trophies in one shoot, ready for Bernardo himself to stand proudly in front of.
That’s six Premier League titles, five League Cups, three FA Cups, three Community Shields and one of each of the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
And no player could say they have done more to take City to all of this glory, with Bernardo being selected by Pep Guardiola more than any other in the Catalan’s illustrious managerial career.
Somehow, he’s played 459 times in nine years, averaging more than 50 games a season despite playing one of the most physically demanding roles in the gruelling Premier League.
Of course, he will now say goodbye in his own way when we face Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
But his City story is all but written and as the above image illustrates, it’s been a special one.
