Eduardo Coudet's River meet Aldosivi in Salta at the Padre Martearena on Friday 17 at 21.45, nearly 1,500 kilometres from the Monumental.

Earlier in the competition, Boca eliminated Gimnasia y Esgrima de Chivilcoy in Salta, while River knocked out Ciudad Bolívar in San Luis. Both matches were played in mid February.

If they progress, Boca would face Vélez Sarsfield, who beat them in the 2024 semi-finals. River would play the winner of Independiente Rivadavia de Mendoza, the reigning champions and their semi-final conquerors last year, and Tigre, who meet at the Estadio Julio César Villagra in Córdoba at 16.15.

Racing Club will play Defensa y Justicia on Thursday at 18.45, and San Lorenzo face Deportivo Riestra on Friday, with venues to be confirmed. Both had previous sites before postponement, with Racing initially set for Jujuy and San Lorenzo for Deportivo Morón's ground.
