Foreign supporters must first register in the Registro Nacional de Hinchas at registrodelhincha.cl using a passport, with guidance provided on the site.

The Mercosur operational agreement on preventing football violence will apply, and buyer data will be cross-checked against Argentina’s Tribuna Segura, so anyone with a stadium ban cannot purchase. If such a transaction occurs by breaching the system, the ticket will be cancelled and refunded, and all tickets are named and non-transferable with no other refunds.

Boca fans will be in the Ignacio Prieto Stand at the north end of Claro Arena. Visiting fans can enter only between 17:00 and 18:00, with those outside that window refused entry. Biometric checks with facial recognition will operate at perimeter and stadium access points, a valid passport is required, and access is via Av. República de Honduras through Codo C, doors 64 to 67.
