Boca were held to a 0-0 draw by Racing, leaving Claudio Úbeda's side three matches without a win. It was a scrappy midfield contest and Boca failed to set the tempo.

According to LaNumer12.com.ar, Agustín Marchesín, six, made the one big save that kept Boca level.

Marcelo Weigandt, five, returned to the line-up and did not look out of place. Lautaro Di Lollo, six, defended well and threatened with a header. Ayrton Costa, six, coped and took an elbow from Maravilla that should have been red.

Lautaro Blanco, five, offered little going forward and made errors on the ball.

Tomás Belmonte, four, played on the right out of position and could not impose himself. Santiago Ascacíbar, five, still cannot find his place or links. Milton Delgado, six, was Boca's best, solid defensively and used the ball better than the rest.

Williams Alarcón, four, kept his spot on the left in a crowded midfield. He is yet to settle, and his withdrawal was mainly for a change of shape.

Miguel Merentiel, four, again had a new partner and could not kick on, neat touches brought no threat. Edinson Cavani, three, returned after a long lay-off, his condition still in doubt after a difficult recovery.

Ángel Romero, Gonzalo Gellini, Iker Zufiaurre and Tomás Aranda were unrated. The changes sought fresh legs and the youngsters added a little danger in a game with few attacks.

Claudio Úbeda, four, used two centre forwards and a midfield of holders. Boca were second best at times and fans voiced their displeasure.
