Borussia Monchengladbach will take on Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga on Saturday at Borussia-Park.

Gladbach are at the bottom of the league with only three points from seven games, and they have failed to win a single game this season.

In contrast, Bayern are arguably the most in-form team in Europe’s top five leagues, having won their opening 12 games across all competitions.

This game is a total mismatch, and considering what’s going on at Gladbach, the last thing they need is to face Bayern Munich, who are unbeatable at the moment.

After a poor start to the season, Gladbach sacked manager Gerardo Seoane last month, and Eugen Polanski has taken over as interim boss.

They have also appointed Rouven Schroder as sporting director last week, and it has been suggested that Polanski will get the permanent role.

The results have not improved under him—Monchengladbach has suffered two losses and two draws in his four games in charge.

Bayern, on the other hand, are heading to this game on the back of a 4-0 win against Club Brugge in the Champions League in midweek.

This is arguably Bayern’s best start in the Bundesliga in their history, and while they have won seven games in a row before, they have never scored 27 goals and conceded only four.

Apart from one game, Bayern have scored three or more goals in their last 11 games, and they are most likely to set up a new record by picking up all three points on Saturday.

Harry Kane has been unstoppable at the moment, and he has already netted 20 goals and scored in eight consecutive games.

The home side are missing Robin Hack and Nathan N’Goumou, while striker Tim Kleindienst is also sidelined.

For Bayern, Serge Gnabry and Josip Stanic both completed their final training with the team without any problem, and the pair is likely to be involved on Saturday.

Lennart Karl was outstanding in the previous game, and it will be interesting to see if he makes the starting lineup. Kompany could be tempted to make several changes to the squad to keep his players fresh.

Kompany also confirmed that goalkeeper Jonas Urbig will start tomorrow.
