Bremer: We know Milan, we need to deliver | OneFootball

Sunday, 26 April, sees the Juventus Men’s First Team make the relatively short trip across Northern Italy to take on Milan on Serie A Matchday 34. To preview the game, defender Gleison Bremer attended the pre-match press conference.

Let’s take a look at what he had to say.

“The team is growing, and with the passing of time we’re getting better. The coach insists on our quality, we’re working hard and that’s showing on the pitch. When the boss arrived, there wasn’t much time to work. He’s increasing our awareness, as a team and as individuals. A good defence is always needed to win.

“The coach’s advice is important, he’s improving everybody here. The team has changed a lot since his arrival. I feel good at Juventus, it’s important to get back to winning, and that’s what I want to do here. It’s important to find consistency with performances and results. 

“After an injury like the one I had, it’s never easy to come back. Time is needed to work and feel well again, above all, mentally. I feel good again, I’m still missing something but I feel much better. It’s a long journey, but I’m on the right path. I’m also improving at being effective in an attacking sense. It’s not my main focus, but I want to help the team in any way I can.

“There have been games in which we could have done better, but those are in the past, and we have to think about the present and look ahead to the future.

“We know Milan, and we’ll be expecting a tough game tomorrow. We need to deliver a good performance.”
