This will be used in the community, Brentford Academy, and in schools through programmes run by Brentford FC Community Sports Trust.
At Brentford, we believe football is for everyone, a sentiment reflected in our club values of respectful, togetherness, and progressive.
The club’s Stronger Together content encourages action that reflects the culture and values embedded across Brentford and is part of our commitment to helping tackle racism in football and celebrating diversity in the game.
Our Stronger Together animated video will be shown at Gtech Community Stadium ahead of our fixture against Fulham. More information can be viewed here.
At our match against Fulham on Saturday, the club will display an exhibition celebrating Brentford’s first Black 11 players, created by Show Racism the Red Card.
The exhibition features Chris Kamara MBE, Terry Rowe, Francis Joseph, Keith Cassells, Tony Lynch, Bobby Fisher, Roger Joseph, Tony Obi, Henry Hughton, Paul Smith and Keith Jones. It celebrates the Black community’s contribution to Brentford’s footballing history.
Fans attending the match will be able to view the exhibition displayed at the stadium’s Entrance B and C.
