Brighton value striker Joao Pedro and midfielder Carlos Baleba at £100m each, amid interest from Premier League rivals.

The Seagulls are braced for summer interest from top clubs in the pair, who have impressed this season under Fabian Hurzeler.

Liverpool are understood to be among the clubs monitoring Pedro, amid doubts over the futures of Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota at Anfield. Pedro has scored 28 goals in 66 appearances for Brighton since his £30m arrival from Watford and has earned three senior caps for Brazil.

However, talkSPORT are reporting that Brighton will demand a massive fee for the 23-year-old. The South Coast side value Pedro at £100m, a deal that would represent the club’s second largest sale after the £115m British record departure of Moises Caicedo to Chelsea in 2023.

Brighton also value teammate Carlos Baleba at £100m. The 19-year-old has flourished since arriving at the Amex Stadium as Caicedo’s replacement. There are some within Brighton circles who believes that Baleba’s ceiling is higher than the man he replaced.

Chelsea are admirers of the Cameroon international and could launch another raid on Brighton. The West Londoners have signed Marc Cucurella, Robert Sanchez, and Caicedo from Brighton in recent transfer windows.

Chelsea also paid the Seagulls around £22m for head coach Graham Potter and five members of his backroom team in 2022.
