Bruno Henrique marks seven years at Flamengo as club salutes captain

Bruno Henrique’s seven years at Flamengo were celebrated by the club on social media. According to Coluna Do Fla, the tribute marked a milestone for the No 27 and current captain.
The post said his place in the club’s history is secure and noted 17 trophies from 345 appearances. It credited the Rei dos Clássicos with 110 goals and 53 assists.
Flamengo announced his signing on 23 January 2019. That season he began a prolific spell that has underpinned his status as a fan idol.
His honours with Flamengo include three Libertadores in 2019, 2022 and 2025, three Brasileiros in 2019, 2020 and 2025, two Copas do Brasil in 2022 and 2024, three Supercopas do Brasil in 2020, 2021 and 2025, the Recopa Sul-Americana in 2020, five Cariocas in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2024 and 2025, plus the Challenger Cup and the Dérbi das Américas in 2025.
Flamengo face Fluminense on Sunday, 25, with Filipe Luís continuing in charge and the first team available. The coach will select the squad and Bruno Henrique is likely to be included.
The Fla-Flu kicks off at 18:00 Brasília time at the Maracanã. It is their first meeting of the year in the fourth round of the Carioca, live on Rede Globo.
