Bologna defender Davide Calabria has received a €30,000 fine, but will face no ban over his rapport with Milan ultras following an investigation.

The FIGC looked into the often murky relationships between players, coaches and ultras leaders at both Milan and Inter, as part of a wider investigation into the world of the organised fan groups.

This saw Inter coach Simone Inzaghi and player Hakan Calhanoglu accept a plea bargain, resulting in a one-match Serie A ban for them both.

Calabria insisted on stating his case

While they decided to work out the plea bargain, Calabria assured he was innocent of any wrongdoing and insisted on taking it further.

The Federal Tribunal today imposed a €30,000 fine on the former Milan captain, report news agency Ansa, but he will not be penalised with any kind of suspension.

There are also fines for several other figures around the two clubs, including Inter security chief Claudio Sala, Supporter Liaison Officers Massimiliano Silva and Fabio Pansa.

Inter were fined €70,000 and Milan €30,000 for an improper rapport between the supporters and the club.

Calabria left Milan in January for a six-month stint at Bologna, where he won the Coppa Italia, but is going to be a free agent from July 1.
