Brazil national team head coach has moved to play down the significance of the lack of game time afforded to Endrick in his side’s meeting with Morocco.

Brazil were of course back in action in the early hours of Sunday, kicking the nation’s World Cup campaign into gear in a meeting with the aforementioned Morocco.

When all was said and done, the two countries were forced to settle for a share of the spoils, owing to a 1-1 draw.

Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. proved himself decisive in as much, notching Brazil’s only goal of the evening during the first-half.

All the while, though, Blancos teammate Endrick – fresh off a stellar loan stint in France with Lyon – was forced to watch on from the bench.

This snub did not go down well with those of either a Seleção or Blancos persuasion, of the opinion that the youngster should have been introduced with Brazil desperately searching for a winner late on.

Speaking to the media in the game’s aftermath, the subject of Endrick’s lack of minutes was therefore put to manager Carlo Ancelotti.

The former Real Madrid headmaster, though, went on to insist:

“I am not going to comment on individual players. I am here to talk about the team.”
