CBF sets Santos v Remo Copa do Brasil last-16 schedule | OneFootball

According to Diario Do Peixe, the CBF has set the Copa do Brasil last-16 schedule. Santos face Remo on 1 August at Vila Belmiro at 21:00, then on 4 August at Mangueirão at 21:30.

Both matches will be broadcast on SporTV and Premiere. If the Peixe advance, they will secure a further R$ 4 million in prize money.

Other ties include Fluminense v Vasco, Corinthians v Internacional, Grêmio v Mirassol, Vitória v Athletico-PR, Juventude v Atlético-MG, Chapecoense v Cruzeiro and Palmeiras v Fortaleza.

Santos entered the fifth phase under coach Cuca and earned R$ 2 million for taking part. They drew 0-0 with Coritiba at Vila Belmiro in the first leg, then won 2-0 in the second leg with goals from Bontempo and Adonis Frías, adding R$ 3 million.

The quarter-finals are slated for first legs on 26 or 27 August, and second legs on 2 or 3 September. The semi-finals are set for 1 and 8 November, with the final scheduled for 6 December. Santos have one Copa do Brasil title, in 2010 with Neymar.
