Celtic are looking to continue their remarkable recent form when they visit Dundee United in the Scottish Premiership.

Having won the Scottish League Cup final against Old Firm foes Rangers last weekend, Celtic can secure an eighth straight league victory at Tannadice. They have won 14 of their 15 outings in the Scottish Premiership this term, entering their 16th match with an astonishing +40 goal difference.

The Glasgow giants are flying clear at the top of the league as they aim to win their 55th top-flight title and they should secure another victory against mid-table Dundee United on Sunday lunchtime.

Here is how Celtic could line up for their clash with the Tangerines.

GK: Kasper Schmeichel - The Denmark international made the crucial save in last weekend's penalty shootout as Celtic scooped their first piece of silverware in 2024/25. It almost certainly won't be their last, with Schmeichel having been integral to their success.

RB: Anthony Ralston - Alistair Johnston is a significant doubt for the journey to Tannadice after struggling with injury in recent matches. Ralston will replace the Canada international should he not be passed fit.

CB: Cameron Carter-Vickers - The imposing American has kept clean sheets in his last two league appearances and will fancy his chances of another on Sunday. Celtic have conceded just four in the Premiership all term.

CB: Auston Trusty - The United States centre-back partnership was put to the test by Rangers in the final, with Trusty substituted at the break by Brendan Rodgers. He should retain his place ahead of Liam Scales at Tannadice.

LB: Greg Taylor - Taylor scored last weekend en route to victory in the showpiece event for the Hoops, with his attacking quality having been on full show in the league, too. He's provided four assists in the Premiership.

CM: Paulo Bernardo - Bernardo has fought his way back into the starting lineup in recent weeks despite stiff competition. He was preferred to Arne Engels against Rangers, although he's started fewer than half of Celtic's league matches.

CM: Callum McGregor - The beating heart of Celtic's impressive midfield, the 31-year-old remains vital to their success. The Hoops legend will make his 489th Celtic appearance against Dundee United.

CM: Reo Hatate - Hatate didn't produce his greatest Celtic performance in the Scottish League Cup final but he'll be eager to add to his four league goals for the season on Sunday. He's featured in every Premiership match this term.

RW: Nicolas-Gerrit Kuhn - The German has been a revelation since arriving from Rapid Wien last January, continually sparkling in green and white. Five goals and six assists in 13 league matches says enough.

ST: Kyogo Furuhashi - The speedy and diminutive forward didn't extend his impressive goalscoring record against Rangers last time out. He's only scored twice in his last nine appearances but will undoubtedly cause issues for the Tangerines.

LW: Daizen Maeda - Celtic's No.38 was another on the scoresheet last weekend and he will be keen to maintain that form on Sunday. He's only managed two of his side's 44 goals in the Premiership, although he has provided three assists.
