Enrique Cerezo made a slip when discussing Julian Alvarez’s future, repeatedly referring to the forward as Julian Lopez.
According to L'Équipe, the Atlético de Madrid president was questioned about a potential move to Real Madrid after a €150m offer, and he restated that only a release clause, estimated at €500m, would prompt a sale.

He stumbled over the name, using Lopez in place of Alvarez four times.
He told reporters they already knew what had been said at Real Madrid and that the constant repetition was becoming tiresome.
He added that Julian Lopez, the mistaken name he used for Alvarez, is an Atlético de Madrid player.
