This is the first leg of the play-off, with the return in Eindhoven on February 19, and the winners go on to face either Inter or Arsenal in the Round of 16.

These sides already met in the league phase on September 17, with Juve earning a 3-1 victory, but they ran out of steam with just another two wins, three draws and two defeats.

The squad has transformed in the transfer window and starts three of those signings this evening, Veiga, Kelly and above all Kolo Muani.

The striker has scored five goals in three Serie A games since his loan move from Paris Saint-Germain and pushed Dusan Vlahovic to the bench.

Teun Koopmeiners is also dropped in favour of Douglas Luiz, as Weston McKennie goes into the more advanced trequartista role.

Andrea Cambiaso, Pierre Kalulu, Arkadiusz Milik, Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal are still out of action, with Alberto Costa not on the UEFA list.

Francisco Conceicao and Koopmeiners are one booking away from suspension.

PSV Eindhoven started badly in the Champions League with two points from the opening three rounds, but then went on to win four of the next five, including a 4-0 against Girona and 3-2 over leaders Liverpool.

Ryan Flamingo returns from his ban, with Malik Tillman, Ricardo Pepi and former Roma full-back Rick Karsdorp injured.

Tyrell Malacia arrived in January on loan from Manchester United, while USMNT right-back Sergino Dest is formerly of Milan.

Noa Lang, Luuk de Jong and ex-Inter veteran Ivan Perisic are all ones to watch.
