Chelsea held Barcelona to a lively 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge, keeping both sides unbeaten in the Champions League group stage.
Ellie Carpenter put the Blues ahead with a brilliant long-range strike after a bright Chelsea start, but Ewa Pajor levelled soon after, pouncing on a loose ball in the box.
Catarina Macario thought she’d restored the lead seconds after coming on, only for her header to be ruled offside. Carpenter then fired wide late on after a neat one-two, while Wieke Kaptein hit the post in one of several missed chances.
Naomi Girma stood out with a superb defensive display as Chelsea dug in for a well-earned point.
The result leaves the Blues in a strong position heading into matches against Roma and Wolfsburg.
