Chelsea reportedly now have no plans at all to sell an ‘important player’ who has recently been linked with making a move away this month.
There has been many players linked with moves away from Chelsea this month, some of them have only recently joined the club.
One of those is Renato Veiga, who now looks set to make a loan move to Juventus to see out the rest of this season there.
And another player who has been linked with a potential move away after only joining Chelsea in the summer is centre back Tosin Adarabioyo.
Tosin played for Chelsea last night and actually got the opening goal in their 3-1 win over Wolves in the Premier League. But he has very much been a bit-part player overall and has had to mainly make do with cup games only.
However, with injuries to other defenders, it looks like Chelsea are deciding to make sure Tosin stays at Chelsea and will not be open to any enquiries for him to move this month.

Romano posted on X last night:
‘No plans to sell Tosin Adarabioyo as he’s an important player for Maresca and player’s also happy at Chelsea.’
So there you have it, Tosin staying at Chelsea this window and is an important player, according to this at least.
Tosin was actually very good for Chelsea last night against Wolves and he was central to The Blues playing out from the back and everything was going through him.
I do think he’s a pretty solid defender and a decent squad option for Chelsea to keep around, so as long as he is happy here, then Chelsea should absolutely be keeping him around.
