Chelsea are now again being linked with a transfer target that got tongues wagging and debates raging last summer.
I remember it well. Chelsea fans were desperate for the club to sign a new goalkeeper, and they were heavily linked with Mike Maignan from AC Milan. Many Chelsea fans were behind the move and got quite excited for it. But as Chelsea often do under this ownership, they fumbled the deal and backed out of it for whatever reason, probably the sake of a few million here or there.
It left many Chelsea fans really annoyed, and caused a lot of drama. Well Chelsea fans, want that same saga all over again? No, me neither!

Just five months on from signing his new contract with Milan, Mike Maignan is back being linked with Chelsea again.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that Chelsea have not given up on their hopes of securing the France international and are ready to give it another go this summer.

Chelsea could welcome two attacking options back to the squad this weekend, just in time for the FA Cup final. It’s good news for McFarlane with more options now available to him.
