City discover Premier League International Cup group stage opponents | OneFootball

City’s Elite Development Squad will face AS Monaco, PSV Eindhoven, RB Leipzig and Real Madrid in the Premier League International Cup.

Ben Wilkinson’s Under-21s have been drawn in Group A, alongside fellow Premier League 2 outfits Everton, Southampton and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

However, the group stage will only consist of English teams taking on the European outfits invited to compete, and all four of our PL International Cup games will take place at the Joie Stadium.

The top two teams from each group will advance to the quarter-finals, with City hoping to win the competition for a second time following our triumph in the competition’s debut season in 2014/15.
