Start your day at the Man City Kids Fanzone, a free event on the indoor pitch, located over the road from the Etihad Stadium at the City Football Academy.

There’s loads of free pre-match fun to be had, including meeting Moonbeam and Moonchester, inflatable games, arts & crafts, giveaways and more activities to win some exclusive City prizes!

12:30 – Blue Carpet Experience

The Blue Carpet Experience is back again and, as always, it’s well worth a visit.

Located at the West Reception atrium of the Colin Bell Stand opposite the statue of Colin Bell, Mike Summerbee and Francis Lee, there’ll be live entertainment and music.

The Blue Carpet Experience gets under way from 12:30 and is free for supporters to attend.

The event features guest interviews, including The Wanted 2.0 members Max and Siva, live music, DJs, face painters, selfies frames and Balloon Modellers and amazing money-can’t-buy giveaway including:

It then wraps up with the team bus arrival around 13:00. Don’t miss this part of our matchday and get up close to our players as they reach the Etihad!

13:00 - Stadium gates open

Stadium gates open with our pre-match entertainment inside the ground getting under way after the Blue Carpet Experience finishes.

Make sure you arrive early to hear our unique matchday soundtrack curated by you and the players. Submit your song here before Wednesday.

Also, make sure you visit our playmakers and grab your clap banner to make as much noise as possible during the game!

Both sets of teams will make their way out for the pre-match warm-ups, accompanied by an incredible DJ set from resident DJ Dave Dullage.

14:00 – Live performance from The Wanted 2.0

A very special performance to get you ready for kick-off will get under way just after 14:00... none other than The Wanted 2.0!

The famous British pop band, with ten UK Top Ten single and two UK Number 1 tracks will be pitchside at the Etihad Stadium, with founding members Max George and Siva Kaneswaren leading the way.

They’ll be cheering on City when the game begins, but first are set to deliver a memorable show of their own ahead of the action getting under way on the pitch.

If you’re still not in your seats by this point, make sure you get in them as soon as possible! All the exciting build-up will reach its crescendo with the team line-up announcement.

Make sure you’re in your seats ready for the game at 14:15 to not miss our pyro & flames show!

The teams will then make their way out onto the pitch ready for kick-off at 14:30.

Half-Time

Full-Time

After the final whistle, autograph alley will still take place pitchside as per our usual Joie Stadium fixtures.

There’ll also be an opportunity to hand over the ‘Player of the Match’ award to the recipient at full-time.

In-seat drinking

City are one of seven clubs taking part in the WSL’s trial, which will give supporters the choice to drink alcohol in the stands both at the Joie Stadium and at the Etihad Stadium.

Fans at this game will be able to enjoy alcohol responsibly in the stands.

Please note, fans located in blocks 034-039 are seated in our Alcohol Free Zone, and as such, cannot bring alcohol to their.

Chelsea Etihad tickets on general sale

Tickets for our WSL clash with Chelsea at the Etihad are on sale, with Under-16s able to attend for just £5!

A meeting between the WSL’s top two, it’s one of the most hotly anticipated fixtures of the season and gets under way at 14:30 (UK) on Sunday 1 February.
