Club identified: Nübel informs Bayern of transfer wish

Alexander Nübel has reportedly told Bayern Munich that he wants to join Beşiktaş this summer.

The 29-year-old goalkeeper is said to have informed Bayern's decision-makers of his preference to move to Istanbul, with negotiations between the two clubs now expected to determine whether the transfer can be completed.

Nübel has spent most of his Bayern career away from Munich on loan spells with VfB Stuttgart, where he re-established himself as one of the Bundesliga's most reliable goalkeepers.

Nübel hasn't been in Bayern's plans to become the future number 1 and the successor of Manuel Neuer ever since Jonas Urbig has joined the club.
