Antony is one of a host of Manchester United players facing uncertain futures this summer.
Unlike several underperformers who’ve been deemed surplus to requirements, the Brazilian is actually garnering interest due to the scintillating form he’s overseen since embarking on his loan spell with Real Betis.
The Red Devils are in full control of Antony’s future, given that he remains tied down in a contract that runs until 2027, plus the option of an additional season if the club wishes to keep hold of him.
However, you’d imagine they’ll take their chance to cash in while his stocks are the highest they’ve been since his 2022 move from Ajax.

United shelled out a ludicrous £86 million to have Antony reunite with Erik ten Hag in the Dutchman’s maiden season as manager.
Yet, the forward’s inability to adapt to Premier League football means they’ll struggle to recuperate a substantial fee, so they will likely have to take what they can get – unless Ruben Amorim boldly decides to give him another chance to showcase his abilities in a red shirt, though that seems far-fetched.
Since swapping Manchester for Seville in January, Antony has looked a player reborn when plying his trade with Los Verdiblancos. He has started all 20 games Betis have played with him in the squad, returning a hugely impressive seven goals and four assists in all competitions.
Tomorrow, he’ll be looking to continue his stellar displays when Betis lock horns with Fiorentina in the second leg of their Conference League semi-final, with the Spaniards holding a 2-1 advantage. Antony scored in the first leg with a tremendous weak-footed volley on the edge of the area past ex-teammate David de Gea, and followed it up with an equally superb finish to seal a crucial La Liga win over Espanyol three days later.
Betis’ president, Angel Haro, was pressed on the prospect of the 25-year-old staying beyond the current term on Wednesday, to which he responded: “We will be imaginative, and if the player wants, we will all try to make him continue.”
