The winner must be decided on the night and if the score is level after 90 minutes, they go directly to a penalty shoot-out, without the need for extra time.

The winners go on to face either Inter or Lazio in the two-legged semi-final.

Both sides have been very active in the January transfer window and many of those new signings are in the squad here, but largely on the bench awaiting their debuts.

Walker already started the Derby della Madonnina, where Milan had victory snatched from their grasp in stoppages by Inter for a 1-1 draw.

Youssouf Fofana was suspended for that match and returns here, while Abraham faces his former club flanked by Christian Pulisic and Alex Jimenez, as Rafael Leao is dropped to the bench.

Deadline day arrivals Joao Felix, Santiago Gimenez and Riccardo Sottil are on the bench, but Warren Bondo is still recovering from a muscular injury sustained at Monza.

Roma have new buys Lucas Gourna-Douath, Victor Nelsson and Anass Salah-Eddine on the bench, while Devyne Rensch is in the starting XI again.

Having rested numerous star names for the Serie A draw with Napoli, which was also snatched in stoppages, Claudio Ranieri brings Dybala, Leandro Paredes, Mats Hummels and ex-Milan winger Saelemaekers back into the side.

However, Artem Dovbyk and Lorenzo Pellegrini are again benched for the Giallorossi, who won their most recent Coppa Italia meeting with Milan back in January 2007.
