Corinthians could earn a significant sum from two finals this weekend, the Supercopa do Brasil and the Copa das Campeãs. According to Meu Timao, combined prize money could exceed R$ 24 million if both trophies are won.

The CBF has not yet confirmed the 2026 Supercopa prize money. Last year the competition distributed roughly R$ 18.05 million, with R$ 12 million for the winners and R$ 6.05 million for the runners-up.

For the Copa das Campeãs, FIFA will pay $2.3 million, about R$ 12.17 million, to the champions, and $1 million, around R$ 5.29 million, to the runners-up.

Should Corinthians lift both titles, their prize haul could reach R$ 24.17 million. In the worst case, with two defeats, the club would still receive at least R$ 11.34 million.

Such income would offer some relief for a club whose total debts reached R$ 2.8 billion per the November 2025 balance sheet. Current gross debt is R$ 2.151 billion, plus R$ 661 million tied to Neo Química Arena financing.

Not all of the money would be retained by Corinthians. A Supercopa triumph would trigger a R$ 4.7 million bonus to Memphis Depay, and prize payments risk being withheld by Caixa Econômica Federal, as occurred in 2025.

The Brabas play first at 15:00 against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in London. The other final follows at 16:00, Corinthians against Flamengo, at Mané Garrincha in Brasília.
