Corinthians recorded 19 injuries between January and June 2026, up from 13 in the same period last season.

According to Meu Timao, the year began with carryovers from 2025, as Raniele treated an ankle problem and Memphis Depay managed left-knee pain following the Copa do Brasil run-in.

January brought fresh setbacks. Rodrigo Garro fractured the scaphoid in his left wrist and had surgery, while Cacá strained his left internal oblique. February then delivered a spate, including Kaio César’s right hamstring, Hugo Farias’s knee meniscus surgery and José Martínez’s ruptured left ACL, which led to his exit.

Kaio César developed perifibrotic thigh inflammation. Memphis Depay suffered a grade 2 anterior right thigh injury, sidelining him for over two months and putting his World Cup in doubt. Gui Negão suffered a grade 2 right hamstring strain with Brazil Under-20s.

João Pedro Tchoca’s pubic pain became an inguinal hernia in May and required surgery. Charles injured his heel, Pedro Milans sprained his right ankle, and Kayke ruptured the left ACL, ending his season and representing the squad’s most serious injury.

May added Vitinho’s right-hip obturator and hamstring damage, plus a left-ankle sprain for Matheus Bidu. Non-registered complaints included André Carrillo’s left adductor, Hugo Souza’s right thigh and Zakaria Labyad’s knee. The squad return to CT Dr. Joaquim Grava on Thursday after the World Cup break, aiming to cut issues during a heavy run in the Campeonato Brasileiro and the Copa do Brasil and Libertadores da América knockouts.
