Corinthians drew 3-3 with Santo André in the Liga Nacional de Futsal on Monday night, extending their run to six league matches without a win, the first time they have hit that mark in three years.

According to Meu Timao, this is the first LNF played under a new relegation format.

In 2023, the previous skid reached seven games, comprising five draws and two defeats. It began on 17 June with a 1-1 against Esporte Futuro at Ginásio Wlamir Marques, then a 4-4 at home to Minas on 23 June and a 1-1 with Marreco at Ginásio Arrudão on 30 June.

The run continued with a 2-2 versus Assoeva on 4 July at Parque São Jorge and a 3-3 away to Magnus on 15 July. It ended with back-to-back losses, 4-1 to Santo André on 24 July at Ginásio Adib Moyses Dib and 3-1 to Jaraguá four days later at Wlamir Marques.

Fernando Malafaia’s side have gone more than two months without an LNF victory. Their last league win came on 3 April 2026, a 2-0 success over Magnus at Parque São Jorge.

Corinthians are 13th with four points from seven matches, one point above Marreco, the first team in the relegation zone. They visit São Lourenço on Saturday in the Copa LNF at Arena São Lourenço in Santa Catarina, with kick-off at 14:00.
