Corinthians aim to halt a poor recent run with Flávio Rodrigues de Souza in charge when they face Red Bull Bragantino on Thursday at 19:30 in the second round of the Campeonato Paulista.
According to Meu Timao, the referee has overseen Corinthians matches since 2006, with 16 wins, 17 draws and 12 defeats.
The last Corinthians victory he officiated came in 2024, a 3-2 win over Santo André under António Oliveira, with goals from Maycon, Yuri Alberto and Pedro Raul. In 2025 he took charge of 3-1 defeats to São Paulo in the Paulista and Santos in the Brasileiro.
Across his 45 appointments involving Corinthians, he has awarded two penalties against the club, booked 86 Corinthians players and sent off four Corinthians players.
For this fixture he will be assisted by Alex Ang Ribeiro and Raphael de Albuquerque Lima, with Marianna Nanni Batalha as fourth official. Thiago Duarte Peixoto is the video assistant referee, supported by Herman Brumel Vani and Rafael Gomes Felix da Silva. All officials are from the Federação Paulista de Futebol (FPF).
Corinthians opened with a 3-0 win over Ponte Preta and now chase back-to-back victories to lead the first phase. Red Bull Bragantino beat Noroeste 1-0 in their opener and pursue the same aim.
