Corinthians train ahead of Paulista Feminino final second leg

This Friday (12th), the Corinthians women's team held, at the Dr. Joaquim Grava Training Center, the penultimate training session before the second game of the Paulista Championship final against Palmeiras. The decisive match takes place this Sunday morning (14th) at 10 am, at Canindé Stadium.

The Brabas started the training day with a video session led by the Corinthians analysis and performance department. Subsequently, the athletes did physical work in the gym, and then coach Lucas Piccinato conducted a tactical and set-piece activity.

If they want to win the state title for the fifth time (2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023), Corinthians will have to win by five goals, as they were defeated 5-1 in Barueri last weekend. In case of a victory by four goals, the contest will be decided by penalties.

In the first phase, Corinthians had the best campaign, totaling 35 points in 14 matches (11 wins, 2 draws, and one loss – 32 goals scored and six conceded). In the semifinals, the Brabas dispatched São Paulo by winning both games 2-1, at Arena Barueri and Neo Química Arena, respectively.
