Corinthians women continued their second week of interseason work on Friday morning, focusing on organisation and defensive transitions ahead of a busy second half.
According to Meu Timao, the day started with physical work in the gym, then moved to the pitch for drills on backline shape, possession and finishing.
Emily Lima’s staff have been rotating academy goalkeepers to cover for Lelê, who is receiving treatment for tendinopathy in the back of her right thigh. Under-20 goalkeeper Bianca Gois joined Friday’s session.
Centre-back Agustina was also absent as she continues physical readaptation after an extended spell out.
The Brabas have another training day on Saturday, 4 July.
Their next match is on 17 July against Ferroviária in the fourth round of the Campeonato Paulista at Fazendinha, 19:00. They meet again on 23 July in Araraquara for the Copa do Brasil round of 16 decider at the Arena Fonte Luminosa, 15:00.
