Crystal Palace among many suitors for Davide Calabria | OneFootball

Davide Calabria is presently a free agent, having left Milan after 272 appearances with the Rossoneri. He also played a few times for Bologna but now finds himself without a club. There is no shortage of suitors though for the 28 year old as the summer transfer window starts to peak. As per TMW, Crystal Palace are the frontrunners for the Italian right-back. However the English club are not the only ones, with La Liga clubs Celta Vigo, Mallorca and Real Betis having shown interest too. Nothing is quite advanced yet but it does seem that the Premier League club are pushing to get the deal done. Palace play a 3-at-the-back system with wingbacks under Oliver Glasner and Calabria will be the right wing-back in this scenario. However, currently the position is occupied by Daniel Muñoz, one of Palace’s best players last season.
