The Eagles have two offers on the table for the winger, and a decision is set to be made on the 23-year-old's destination.
Stoke City and Celtic have been told by Crystal Palace the grounds on which they would accept a bid for winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi.
This comes after Swansea City missed out on a deal to sign the 23-year-old earlier this month, with the club and player unable to agree on personal terms as Vitor Matos continues to turn the Swans' season around.
Nevertheless, Rak-Sakyi is seemingly closing in on his Selhurst Park exit after making just 10 senior appearances for the club, having spent nearly seven years with the Eagles after leaving Chelsea's academy in 2019.
Stoke, who were beaten 2-1 by Middlesbrough at the bet365 Stadium on Wednesday evening, have been pursuing a deal for the winger, with Football Insider reporting on January 16 that the Championship side were leading the race for the former Sheffield United loanee.
Rak-Sakyi started the campaign on loan in Turkey with Caykur Rizespor, but he was recalled by his parent club after just a few months in the Süper Lig, and now it looks as though his time as a Crystal Palace player will be coming to an end.

According to a report from Sky Sports, the Eagles are open to offers for the winger, and are happy to let him leave the club permanently. However, they would also let the 23-year-old depart on a loan with an obligation to buy on conditions that are attainable.
Palace are not rushing a decision, and there is a 'fluid' status to the situation involving Rak-Sakyi, with Celtic's interest giving Stoke plenty of competition.
Coventry City and Ipswich Town have also been long-time admirers of the London-born ace, but the Sky Blues signed Romain Esse on loan instead, with the winger scoring his first goal for the club against Millwall on Tuesday evening.
While Celtic are keen on bringing Rak-Sakyi to the Scottish Premiership in their bid to keep hold of the top flight title, Stoke will fancy their chances as they pursue a play-off finish in the Championship.
Rak-Sakyi has experience of the play-offs already in his career, as he helped Sheffield United to a third-place finish last season, before they were beaten 2-1 by Sunderland in the final at Wembley in May thanks to a late Tommy Watson goal.

Nevertheless, he scored seven goals and registered two assists in 37 Championship games for the Blades, and he may feel as though he has unfinished business in England's second tier.
Rak-Sakyi thrived in the EFL prior to his loan at Sheffield United, with the winger proving his talents with Charlton Athletic in League One in 2022/23. He scored 15 times and picked up eight assists, and Stoke will be hoping he can find similar form if he does pick Staffordshire as his new home.
