Crystal Palace submit €25m offer for Augsburg’s Chrislain Matsima | OneFootball

Crystal Palace have submitted an offer in the region of €25m for Chrislain Matsima (24) from Augsburg, according to a report from Sky Germany. The Premier League club has now opened negotiations with the Bundesliga outfit to sign the defender. 

Matsima is keen on the move to the East London outfit. The French defender has already reached an agreement on personal terms with the Eagles. He is now hopeful that the respective parties would be able to reach an agreement over a transfer which would see him move to the English capital. 

Matsima to replace Chelsea-bound Lacroix at Crystal Palace?

Crystal Palace are in the market for a new centre-back with Maxence Lacroix (26) set to join Chelsea for a fee in the region of £52m.  The French international defender is set to undergo a medical ahead of completing his move to Stamford Bridge.
