MIAMI – The 2024/25 Concacaf Nations League continued Monday with the final matches in Group B of League B.
Curaçao and Saint Lucia met with the top spot, promotion, and direct qualification for the Gold Cup, all on the line.
Saint Martin, relegated to League C for the following edition, concluded its campaign with a victory.
Grenada vs. Saint Martin
Saint Martin won 3-nil against Grenada in Group B of League B at the Ergilio Hato Stadium in Willemstad, Curaçao.
Rahim Denis scored off the volley to place Saint Martin in front in the 39', connecting on a lob from Yanis Montantin.
Keelan Lebon extended the lead in the 87' by striking inside the box to complete a counterattack.
Lebon sealed the victory by completing his brace in the 90'+3 with another strike inside the penalty area.
Goalkeeper Sebastien Raphose recorded four saves to collect the clean sheet.
Curaçao vs. Saint Lucia
Curaçao won 4-1 against Saint Lucia in Group B of League B at the Ergilio Hato Stadium in Willemstad, Curaçao.
Gervane Kastaneer opened the scoring in the 27' off the half volley to connect on a cross from the right side by Jearl Margaritha.
Ryan Charles equalized in the 29' with a strike from close range after winning the ball at the edge of the penalty area.
Kastaneer regained the lead for the hosts in the 30' with a strike from the left side of the box.
Juninho Bacuna furthered the lead for Curaçao in the 73', using his footwork inside the penalty area to dribble and score.
Juninho Bacuna converted his brace in the 79' to put a bow on the victory.
Curaçao secured first place in Group B of League B with the result to earn promotion to League A. The nation also gained direct qualification to the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup.
