Leicester City 2-2 Preston North End at the King Power Stadium on Friday as the Foxes stay 22nd and Preston drop from 13th to 15th in the Championship.

In the fourth minute, Patson Daka drove in from outside the box to give the hosts an early lead.

Andrew Moran levelled on the break (38.), before Benjamin Whiteman's header from Alfie Devine's cross following a corner put Preston ahead (45.).

After the restart, Daniel Iversen kept Preston in front with a string of saves as the Foxes pushed for parity.

Daka then rifled a second from range to equalise (81.). The striker was withdrawn injured late on.

The Foxes registered 28 attempts, 10 on target, and held 59.3% possession. Preston produced eight attempts, with three on target.

Next, the Foxes visit Sheffield Wednesday. Preston host Queens Park Rangers.
