Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli has reportedly intensified talks for Milan target Maxim De Cuyper as Manchester City remain interested in Andrea Cambiaso, who could leave Turin for €45m this summer.

Manchester City and Pep Guardiola remain interested in Juventus and Italy full-back Cambiaso, so the Bianconeri have intensified talks with Belgian defender De Cuyper.

According to Calciomercato.com, Giuntoli has recently gathered detailed information about the Club Brugge left-back, who has also been linked with a move to Milan.

The Rossoneri are still unsure about the future of Theo Hernandez, and De Cuyper has been shortlisted as a possible replacement for the Frenchman.

Juventus, however, have moved quickly on the same front, sending a strong signal to their domestic rivals.

The Bianconeri are aware that Pep Guardiola and Manchester City remain interested in Cambiaso, who, according to the report, could leave Turin for around €45m at the end of the season.

The Italian’s pricetag was much higher during the January transfer window, but more clubs, including Liverpool, are expected to join the race for the 25-year-old in the summer transfer window.
