Tottenham face Leeds United on Monday night with Guglielmo Vicario still unavailable, taking their injury list to eight, while Dominic Solanke remains a doubt.

According to the club’s official website, Roberto De Zerbi said the 29-year-old goalkeeper is not ready to return after hernia surgery that has kept him out of the last four matches.

Vicario joins Xavi Simons, Cristian Romero, Mohammed Kudus, Dejan Kulusevski, Wilson Odobert, Ben Davies and Solanke on the sidelines.

Solanke sustained a hamstring problem in last month’s win at Wolves, and De Zerbi indicated he might have a better chance of featuring in next weekend’s game at Chelsea.

The head coach added the striker is improving quickly but he does not know if he will be available for Leeds, with hope instead directed towards Stamford Bridge. He also said Vicario remains unavailable and is suffering because he wants to help his team-mates.
