Therefore, a host of attacking midfielders/wingers/forwards are expected to be offloaded to make room for two stars, as well as other arrivals who are expected to bolster the club’s various departments. The list includes Jadon Sancho, Marcus Rashford, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho, Tyrell Malacia, and potentially Rasmus Hojlund.

According to Ben Jacobs, Ethan Williams is also heading toward the exit door, as he’s unlikely to receive significant playing time next season, especially in the absence of European football.

Ethan Williams won’t find enough space at Man United

The 19-year-old primarily plays as a left winger who tends to cut to the middle, and that is the position that Cunha has been brought to occupy.

Jacobs reveals that Williams is attracting interest from Belgian giants Anderlecht and Club Brugge. These two clubs are renowned for developing top talents before sending them towards the Old Continent’s elite.

The youngster still has only one year left on his Man Utd contract, so he should be available at a relatively low price. Nevertheless, any figure collected would be registered as pure capital gains due to Williams’ status as a MUFC academy product.
