Deportivo Roca begin pre-season under Isaías Aberasturi with strong turnout | OneFootball

Diario EL CHUBUT reports that Deportivo Roca opened pre-season for the Apertura 2026 of the Liga del Valle, with new head coach Isaías Aberasturi overseeing a group of 40 players.

There was a sizeable turnout across first team, reserves and youth, which pleased officials present, led by club president Diego Soler.

The session began in the dressing room, where the squad listened to the introduction of the new coach and his staff.

Work then moved to the eight-a-side pitch on synthetic turf. Warm-up drills were led by assistant Martín Romero, followed by exercises focused on control and speed in play.

Both Aberasturi and Romero were heavily involved, with several players approaching them to ask questions during the work.

Deportivo Roca are due to train again today from 15:00 at their ground, when they expect even more players to join in.
