Désiré Doué (20) was forced off on a stretcher during PSG’s 1-1 draw against Lorient in Ligue 1 on Wednesday evening. In the 62nd minute, the playmaker went down off the ball, clutching the back of his leg amid a potential muscular injury. He was replaced by Bradley Barcola

The France international attacking midfielder suffered a groin injury while representing Les Bleus during the September international break. Doué’s injury, as well as an injury to Ousmane Dembélé (28), whilst on international duty, led to the Ligue 1 champions writing to the FFF about the usage of their players.

Another groin injury for Doué

Whilst the prognosis of the 20-year-old’s injury is yet to be made, Les Parisiens will be hoping that the former Rennes attacking midfielder has not further aggravated the groin injury that made him unavailable in September. The Frenchman recently returned to action after 6 matches out.
