In the dugout he impressed at CA Antoniano, securing survival then promotion, before taking Xerez CD in Segunda Federación in summer 2025. His team had a strong league campaign and reached the play-off semi-finals, where Conquense progressed on league placing after 1-1 and 0-0 draws.
Galiano has since left Xerez, a decision taken regardless of the play-offs. He said he departs with regret at missing promotion yet with his head high after giving everything, and he thanked the club for the opportunity. A swift return to Sevilla Atlético is one option under consideration.
