This is what El Clásico de México is all about! With heart, pride and an unrelenting desire to prevail, Chivas Femenil staged a spectacular comeback to defeat their fiercest rival 3-2 on Tuesday night at Estadio AKRON, in a match corresponding to Matchday 10 of the Clausura 2026. With this remarkable victory, the Rojiblancas climbed to second place in the standings with 25 points. The first half was an intense battle, particularly in midfield. The Rebaño looked to control possession and generate danger through well-built plays, while the visitors were clear in their approach, opting for vertical attacks. However, the ball simply would not find the net and both teams headed into halftime scoreless. The second half was a completely different story, with goals coming in bunches. The visitors struck first and momentarily put the Guadalajara side on the ropes, but Chivas is never a team you can count out. Antonio Contreras’ timely adjustments sparked a spirited response that allowed the Rojiblancas to regain control of the match and turn the score around. Goals from Gabriela Valenzuela, Carolina Jaramillo and Adriana Iturbide ignited a Rojiblanco celebration at the Casa de los Mexicanos, where the crowd roared in support of its team. Riding the momentum of victories in both clásicos, the Rebaño Sagrado now turns its attention to its Matchday 11 clash against Pachuca. The Goals

• 54’ – The visitors opened the scoring through Geyse Da Silva, who finished inside the box. • 59’ – Nancy Antonio doubled the lead for the Azulcremas with a shot from the edge of the area. • 65’ – Gaby sparks the comeback!
